  1. You know what's worse than Number 4? Someone who knows nothing about how money who TEACHES about it. A coworker of mine teaches Business Math/Personal Finance and, guess what? She's BROKE AF. One week, she's trying to borrow money from me/others because she can't pay her rent/power, but then the next week she suddenly has money to get breakfast every day from the store/bakery because "she needs to meet the minimum on her card". It frustrates the hell out of me.

  2. Very true, if something is so obvious to everyone, every time, maybe we would have world peace already. Of course, that is not the case.

  3. I agree with you on the non-traditional way to make money. I view them as a gift because the traditional 9 to 5 jobs doesn't give space for people who makes mistakes in their education, or sometimes they're just too poor to continue their education. I'm actually happy and glad if there are more non-traditional jobs available, as it would lessen the despair of people who couldn't take the normal education route (aka college, or high school even). Non-traditional jobs give hope for unlucky people.

  4. I never thought about how you would need to include information for all levels of experience. Duh, obviously everyone's financial knowledge would be different. It must be so frustrating to get comments about what someone views as unnecessary info. You do a very good job of keeping any snark to yourself 😂

  5. I know an awful man who had a good paying job, but he didn't spend much of his money. He used women to take care of him & He banked his money. Women please don't fall for this kind of human?! He's left a lot of women broke & broken! I've dumped (boys) like him for asking me for money when they should have their own. Please be wise sisters in 2023!!!

  6. let it be obvious as elephant in the room. bcos not everyone has the same background on personal finance. myself include. if you have listen to it before, just take it as reminder

  7. I agree I also can't stand when someone tells me how to spend or feels entitled to my hard earned money I don't owe anybody
If you have something to prove than it's a sign of insecurity! Wish you a blessed safe happy New Year!!!
