Here in Canada our utilities vary a large amount from summer to winter. I really enjoy having what they call equalization payments. This is where you pay the same amount every month . The company monitors amount and can raise slightly if necessary. Every year end (ours is September) we have a small credit built up and pay the difference. Super helpful keeping on budget
Awesome video and I thank you for breaking it down!! Despite the economic recession, I'm so happy 😊I have been earning $60,000 returns from my $8,000 investment on short period, I'll be purchasing my dream home soon☺️
I switched to Allstate with my auto insurance which I already had for homeowners. I not only received a $1000 check from Allstate but my mortgage dropped $105/month. It really saved for me.
I totally agree with the unplugging of small appliances! It does make a difference. I wonder regarding utilities water specifically, would the budget plan work? #Washdays
An additional shopping add on is Rakuten. Though it only works with certain retailers so for those that swear by Amazon, they are not included. And the cash back is a low percentage, but it all adds up depending how much you spend and of course there is the fine print (must read). You get sent a rebate check every quarter.
Hi. Suggestion for auto-pay plans which I do is to have your auto pay funds direct deposited to a separate bank/credit union account and strictly use that account for auto-pay bills. Especially the auto-pay bills that remain constant from month to month. I do this for my mortgage and student loans. Use a separate bank for your other expenses. This way the funds are already in the account on a set date even if you forget to balance your account.
Thank you. A lot of good info 🙂.
Your videos are the best!
Love it!
For our electric bill in BC we go with what is called an equal payment plan.

We bundled with AAA. Prior to that it was with Allstate. AAA gave us a better rate.
