  1. Thank you Dave. I’m from Trinidad and Tobago, house paid off, with 8 2 bedroom and 1 three bedroom apartments. I build from scratch on rice and beans and I’m guilty of maximizing out my 3 credit cards. Back on rice and beans to pay it if and has a 4K per month pension I pay. Bills are paid up for 1 year in advance. I own my own business and have 0 dollars in the back. So I’m going back on rice and beans for the next 2 years but my brother is not for it because he has 4 kids and it will means he may have to get a job. It was emotionally draining for me because I have been covering his family. Spent 50k on his wedding. I want to be debit free and all I have to do is accept my family will no longer be speaking to me. 😂😂😂😂

  2. I have 0 debt had 0 debt for forever for a very long time paid my car's cash and I don't see why I can't use a credit card when I pay it off at the end of the month, every single month to taught my kids to do the same exact thing never hold. Any debt.

  3. I make $48k and Live in Maine. On the tightesr bhdget himanly possible I could save $437 per month. But somwrhing always comes up and life is meant to be lived (date night once a month etc). How the heck do i make a life when no one will pay enough

  4. I am 37 starting completely over. I just landed back at home unfortunately. I make around $6,500 a month bring home, I have zero debt, I have nothing saved up anymore besides silver bullion I wanna continue to grow for my kids. My question is what direction do I need to head in? I need another vehicle as mine is on its last leg. I’m considering buying a duplex instead of a house so I can rent one side out and help get it paid off then buy a house after that, is that a stupid thing to do? My bills are less than 1,000 a month.

  5. Credit card gives a person the fall sense of security and that the credit card holder feels like they have a certain amount that they could go and spend on anything and everything for example, if the credit card has a maximum of $20,000 a person will think that it’s free money and not pay attention to the consequence of what borrowing money is with interest

  6. Credit card but do not allow it to exceed more than $500. I pay it off every month and I’m not doing it because I need or want the points but I get it anyway so I limit by myself the only time I use a credit card is if I have 1000 or $2000 emergencyand usually pay the complete card off within five days.

  7. You go to Chuck 'E' Cheese for the experience and the games. Times my father took me are the memories. Us both getting jackpots was the memory. I can't tell you what prizes I got, that wasn't what it was about.

  8. What’s funny is I’ve known what I wanted from an early age 20 took be to 30 to finally figure it out cause we’ve had kids and life and income changes only debt I have now is a house and I want to pay if off and be a millionaire by 40!!

  9. Lmfao I’m sorry but whenever they down credit cards that give you cash back is actually hilarious 😭😭😭if you’re using credit cards to pay your expenses off every month and it’s money that you would’ve spent regardless an you pay your credit card off with the money that was used for expenses and you get cash back just for doing that. What an old foolish man. It’s free money you old fool get with the times. Good thing his kind is a dying breed.

  10. “Spend 10000, get 200 back”
If you do happen to the have the money, you don’t get anything back if you pay cash.
If you can pay it back and will pay it back within the month, it is worth it.
I do not agree with the trips or restaurant money back, but 2% is still 2% more than you would have had…IF YOU PAY IT OFF WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH

  11. My mom got me a khols credit card in my name when i was like 17, she told me shed pay it off, and i never used it except for when she didnt want to use her own card and somehow, now im $6,000 in credit card debt, i cant log into the account, i cant pay for it unless i give her money and i dont feel like she would use the money to pay for it

  12. I need to spend the money in every case so why miss the cash back? We pay Amex balance every week, we just use it to pay all household expenses. I no that 2% is little, but £5/600 every year reward is positive. We can argue that our reward has been paid by shop or business owner paying more fee to accept Amex.
