  1. Prorata basis expenses spending kind of puzzles me out.
If a person has to earn more oke has to work more and be efficienct and effective.

Then that person cannot be very active in household chores

How can one deal with this scenario😊

  2. It is very interesting that the financial advice here is not that different from what is provided by Jack Bogle for US markets. I guess sound investment principles do not change irrespective of country.

  3. DEAR MOST. A SINCERE ADVISE BY AN EXOERIENCED MAN
GET A DEGREE. BE FKUENT IN ENGKISH. LOOK BEAUTIFUL ❤ BY LEARNING MAKE UP. AND MARRY A RICH, HANDSOME AND QUALIFID MAN. OR DATE A HANDSONE RICH AND QUAKIFIED MAN AND SING, WINE, DANCE AND GET A CHILD🧐😋😝🤓😜😜😜🧐

  4. AMERICAN LAW OF DIVORCE SHOKD BE COOIED LIKE CONSTITUITION WAS COPIED FROM ALL OVER WORLD.
GIRLS SHOULD DATE, NOT DO ARRANGE MARRIAGE.
ARRANGE NARRIAGE IS ALL FRAUD. DUPKICITY OF HINDUS.
AND ALL HINDUS WANT 3 THINGS
    MONEY. SEX AND POWER 💪😮😮😮

  5. 7:24 No Ma'am in few cases, parents don't inherit and dependable on their child and that too only on Son. Daughter will not help or care to at least discuss with the brother even if she is earning from many ways.
No pension, no mediclaim in their 70s. 😢

  6. every podcast i watch on money I miss to hear the platforms people recommend for investments! dont agree at all with her investment view on real estate but completely agree on not investing in stocks and getting palpitation each day

  7. i don't want to disrespect Monika madam, but India has risen from extreme poverty to corruption. Its not the same for our parents as maybe like for people in the same age group as them in Luxembourg, Germany, USA, UK. so many parents are also dependant on their child for whatever reasons, and a child shouldn't deny taking care of them once they start earning money. Child should not expect parents "to have money for their own survival", that's too irresponsible and inhuman thing to do. So I disagree with your comment that "Parents SHOULD have their own by by then". its definitely the best case if they have, but child should take care of them irrespectively.

Also your base assumption of "THE CHILD WILL INHERIT" is totally faulty. Parents can do whatever they want with their money (help some other family person or help the community etc. Bill Gates will give away 99% of his net worth as a donation!!) Inheritance only creates a really spoiled mind as per the average human psychology. A person who can succeed in any job or build a business and provide for all of his family wont care (or even expect) inheritance. Thats where true value lies, because many people would stop working they day they would find inheritance. They would exhaust it completely and come back to 0 (no matter if they have trillions) as they were never able to create value in the first place.

  8. She has a very negative perception aboit real estate. But remember in long time generation s real este is the real estate. She is mutual fund and Advisor at sebi.. what woll she speak

  9. Madam with so much of uncertainty in the value of the rupee , either the property with arental returnor gold or silver anything material is better than paper money.kindly do a video on that.Thankyou.

  10. Amazing interview. Very insightful conversation. A lot to learn. And also refreshing…what you already knew. I need to finetune certain aspects of my asset allocation. 'Achar' analogy about Gold allocation was very good 😊. 50:25:25 allocation is a much safer and an ideal allocation metric. I never invested in Debt funds separately. But i have invested in Hybrid funds where certain portion is allocated to Debt. Is that ok? Should i look for a debt fund also separately?

  11. 50s is not the highest earning age now.
In current situation having a job in 50s is a blessing in most industries.
Folks are let go in their late 40s and 50s now because of turning tide of technology.
