My local Bobcat said that Mulching attachments have to be tuned to the machine? It that true? Would it be better for me to purchase a decent used mulcher and just rent the loader?
1: must already have skidsteer and transportation 2: idk about a mulcher for $350 a day I work at a rental company and we rent em for more than that unless its a customer we do deals with 3. $3K an acre? Those are some insane prices brother
Whoever made this post hasn’t rented equipment in a while and is way too overconfident in the amount of ground work that tiny mower will cover. Geoboy with a mower head twice that size maybe.
It’s simple… You will have the skid steer paid in a month! Then 12,000•365-30=335 how much you’ll make per year then just take away taxes and monthly note you’re still making more than 3,000,000
rental company near me does skid steer rentals with many usage options, for a day its 375, if you get it for a week you pay 200 a day and if for a month you pay 105 a day
Would you do it? 🤔

Cn5 make money renting equipment idk how rental agencies even exist anymore or how anyone makes money using them
This video is comment bait
Not only do you have to be a contractor to charge for something like that. At least be an LTO
Learn AI programming and someone will pay you up to 300k a year. Like no shit job listings on indeed.
Who’s giving all these terrible blue collar job ideas

On the next episode, rent a portaloo for 0.15 a day charge 3 dollars per person, massive profit wowowowowowoowowowowow
Don't forget about the 100k truck and trailer setup you will need to tow that thing to the job.
There goes your deposit I’m assuming 😂😂😂😂😂
I work for the only place that rents a forestry mulcher in 150 miles of us, and its $1350.00 USD a day plus a million $ insurance policy and fuel.
I’ll rent you a fork, spoon and butter knife for $350 and you can make $3400 renting it out to weddings.
What a waste of time and money! Just buy a super computer for $7 and mine 1000 bitcoin per minute
Just buy stocks and watch them grow!
An acre? In a day?

The math ain’t mathing …. 350 per day and you clear 1-4 acres per day. Thats 350-1400 per day. Where is the 3k per acre?
1 acre a day would be impossible let alone 4
Yes 🎉
You could charge 1k an acre
It’s simple…

Yes because after insurance bills taxes you would be making $4,100,000/year
No. I would be unhappy everyday destroying nature habitats .
All DAY!
2.88 million a year, if you could make that, everyone would be fighting over doing it

Why not charge 100k a day instead?
yes I would drive around in a skid steer for 3 to 12k a day. can you point me in the direction of the customers please?
Cheers
Got off a 15.5 hour job. Here’s the brass tax
We charge $150 per hour ( Could probably bump it up to $175 to pull an automatic extra $25 per hour )
Maintenance + fuel for 15.5 hours $1100
I had 24 total hours in it between hauling, maintenance, mulching, and brush dragging.
Net for two days was $1225
Then you have the liability in the truck, trailer, machine, mulcher. You’re only as good as one part failing and that’s a big deal in this business.
That’s what it looks like in the real world.
Why we clearing this?.. Dont know.. guess I hate birds
No. Julio does it for 2.5k / acre and also saves me the wood , all chopped up and stacked for bbq's
3k per acre is honestly retarted
I don’t believe in deforestation let the big guys be gay retards
Also not to mention most rental agencies do not allow commercial use and will charge you when they inevitably find out
You guys in your brainy ideas no I'm not going to do it
The irs knocking at my door wondering where I got 12,000 dollars and don’t have an LLC or pay taxes on a cent
This is one of those it looks good on paper till you try it
It'll cost way more than 350 a day. And 1-4 will take you multiple days
